The Seminar.  These special artistic seminars at the Château will be offered in one week segments for up to six (6) Artists (and their non-painting spouses) each week.  The Seminar will provide the Participants opportunities to explore and paint the environment surrounding the Château and the French countryside with our Master Artist Mentors. Throughout the seminar, the Mentor will offer advice, guidance, and critiques regarding artistic painting techniques to all Participants, emphasizing artistic self-discovery and international artistic fellowship.

Host. Our Bi-Lingual onsite “Host” will be present and accessible to the Artists. The Professional and Friendly Host has a sincere and knowledgeable appreciation for the arts, French culture, and the challenges of international travel.

Meals.  The Participants will be provided with Daily Buffet-style Breakfasts.

              *Dinner Option (*for an additional 300 Euros pp. All Evening Dinners can be included)

      Seminar Rates. 

Only Single Room Accommodations are offered at the rate of:

$4,500 for a Superior King Suite 

$4,200 for a Superior Queen Suite  

*Non-painting Spouses are welcomed at a Special Rate of $800

(*Daily Meals as outlined, are also Included for Non-Painting Spouses but No guide services will be provided for the non-painters)      

Deposits and Payments.  

All Participants must pay a non-refundable $1,000 deposit to secure a place in the Seminar. 

*Please Note: All Payments must be received in Full by November 1, 2005 due to the limited availability.

Participant  not paid in full, risk the loss of their slot.

Travel Insurance.  All Participants are advised to purchase Travel Insurance

Event Cancellation and Refunds. 

Refunds to Participants.  If the Seminar is cancelled by En Plein Air Masters, Inc., En Plein Air Masters, Inc. shall refund the Participant's Fee.

En Plein Air Masters, Inc. reserve the right to alter the seminar itinerary or arrangements as necessary or advisable to best serve the seminar participants. If the scheduled Artist Mentor becomes unable to participate in the seminar, a different Artist Mentor may be substituted or the seminar may be rescheduled.

Placements are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 per person. Final payment must be made before November 1, 2005. If the balance due has not been received by November 1, 2005, En Plein Air Masters, Inc. reserve the right to resell the open slot.

All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Travel insurance is recommended. Enrollment in the event and payment of the deposit constitute agreement to the terms and conditions of the seminar. En Plein Air Masters, Inc. their partners and their agents, may exclude any seminar participant from the seminar at any time.
